I wish to make a complain about your The Weld outlet, its very badly run and managed. Your staff could not be bothered about the quality of food and they are all just gossiping and entertaining themselves. Even if the food served is burnt, it doesnt interest them and the customer is queried as to how bad can the food be and with a horrible glare, he says “And whats wrong with the curry puff? Its like this”…I replied that “Cant u see that the ends are burnt and when I bit into it, its bitter”, what kind of quality is Secret Recipe offering. You are overstaffed and all they do is gossip and laugh. Please do the needful, I visit your outlet nearly everyday and its horrible.

If their food & service are so bad I wonder why u still go back every time.

Forget about this company. All their PR are just fakes now. Used to be good when they started. When they got popular the CEO / founder loosed his head n not interested to care for customer service.

Customer service is so do bad that they don’t dare to provide email address for complaints to be sent.

      Pathetic company.

Been patronizing your restaurant for years….but recently quite a nos. of your outlets are very terrible!!!

The one in JALAN BURHANUDDIN HELMI, TTDI do have a attitude problems…there was this waiter who was so reluctant to serve, and made the “ze” sound when we asked for something..(my kids and I were shocked!!). They are always so sloppy and “busy” with cell phones!!

Your restaurant are always so cosy and nice but yesterday we went to the one in 1U, wah…the waiters were so slow, the kitchen staff was shouting and singing so loud (spoilt the atmosphere..) and we were served with plastic spoons!!! The coffee served were cold!! (No one wants to serve it, just leave it on the counter).

Do look into these..cant find a place to launch the complains…hope u look into these

P.S. Me and my family, especially my 3 gals who like your cakes sooo muchhh!!! Tks

The service of Secret Recipe is terrible and what you guys have complained above are nothing new. Just take away their yummy cake instead of sitting and wasting your time in the restaurant.

One thing that wonder me is if Secret Recipe is so successful in setting up their business, why can’t they rectify the staffing problems ???

Secret Recipe only answers to questions on opening their franchise. They are not interested in rectifying the problems you find at their restaurants as they are all franchised. The sloppy waiters, the lazy kitchen staff etc. The waiters done care to inform that they are out of prawns or etc when they take your orders. When the food arrives and you point out that there are no prawns, they just say that there is an additional fishcake in the noodles.

The owners are cutting corners and giving the patrons less for their money. The Founders are just interested in raking in money from the franchise fees and that’s it. Most returning patrons just go for drinks and first timers are always disappointed with their meals.

The staff are all half baked and lack skills and training t inform and take orders. Check out the Mid Valley one – always out of stock reply and that’s after taking your order on a lazy day.

One Shitty restaurant still riding on their newspaper cuttings and trying to fool investors

I fully agree on what y said. Plus the company doesn’t have email address to take complaints. Their franchise outlet in Knox City, Melbourne, Australia has no customers all the time. Like u said they just raking in franchise fee. Eg., 1 franchise $500k x …

I have similar experience of lousy food & service at Curve, Malaysia outlet.

Hi everyone – For those of you who can’t afford a franchise but would still like to copy the recipes from the most popular restaurants including KFC, Hooters, Applebees, Taco bells and heaps more, there is a book that has all their best recipes for you to make in your own home. The cookies and cream cheesecake recipe is always a winner and the Buffalo Wings are really delicious! If any of that interests you it can be checked out here:http://www.beamasterchef.com/?c=acx3698
Good luck to all of you and may your franchising businesses be successful! 🙂
