CREATIVE LAB DEBUTS ITS NATIONWIDE FRANCHISE PROGRAMME

Widening its reach to provide homeowners in Malaysia with easy access to an innovative home design solution

Niro Ceramic Creative Lab Sdn Bhd (Creative Lab), an innovative retail home design service provider, launched its nationwide franchise programme at a launch event held at Creative Lab PJ Jalan Utara. Currently, with a total of 40 over branches nationwide, Creative Lab aims to accelerate its expansion through the franchise programme with the target to have a total of 60 outlets by the end of 2021. Beyond the Malaysian shores, Creative Lab also has a presence in Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines; and plans to grow its regional presence even further in the next two years.

“With our new franchise programme, we want Creative Lab to be accessible to homeowners in Malaysia to allow them to experience a new way of home renovation that assures them that they are making the right choices at the right budget as well as being able to envision what their full experience will be once their home is renovated,” said Keith Loh, Chief Retail Officer of Creative Lab. “By launching our franchise programme, we would like to share our expertise in the industry with potential partners, thus empowering them to embark on an entrepreneurial journey with us,” he added.

A brainchild of Niro Ceramic Group, the leader in the tile industry, Creative Lab offers free 3D interior design renderings of the intended tiling area with the entire process done in real-time. Alongside its experienced in-house designers, Creative Lab has empowered thousands of homeowners to reinvigorate their homes with its in-house state-of-the-art design software, available at all Creative Lab outlets. Apart from offering award-winning Niro Granite tiles and fittings which are produced under stringent Swiss quality standards, Creative Lab also houses ORIN, a premium sanitary ware brand equipped with innovative technology which complements the tiles offering.

In celebration of the launch, Creative Lab invited Bryan Loo — Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Loob Holding; and Amber Chia — International model and actress, to share their experience partnering with Creative Lab. The virtual launch event took guests on a tour of the Creative Lab PJ Jalan Utara and showcased the key features that patrons can experience only at Creative Lab outlets.
