Amethyst Franchise Business Opportunity

Lighting Up The World.

Amethyst Franchise Business Opportunity

Established in 2002, Amethyst Lights and Deco offers a wide range of lighting products for both retail and project works. A medium sized company, it is one of the fastest growing retail lighting companies in Malaysia. From its humble beginnings in a small set up in Kelana Jaya, the company now operates in 13 other Rakan Niaga stores.

Amethyst Lights and Deco sells a wide assortment of lightings products and each store is approximately 2,500 square feet in size. Besides retail, Amethyst Lights and Deco also undertakes repair and maintenance works.

A bright future

From 2008 to 2010, Amethyst Lights and Deco aims to set up about 45 new outlets in Selangor, Pahang, Johor, Perak, Melaka, Kedah, Kelantan, Sabah and Sarawak. Other states such as Negeri Sembilan, Perlis and Penang will be considered, as and when there is a demand for it.

Amethyst Lights and Deco’s business has enjoyed great success due to its clever marketing strategy. Instead of marketing its products to the masses, the company has focused at the high-end market segment in Klang Valley and the mid-range market segment for the other states. This has helped position Amethyst Lights and Deco as a specialist and created effective barriers to entry that deter new competition.

If we have a premises and we hope to invite KFC or Mcdonald ‘s franchiser to run their business, what should we do? Shall we contact KFC or Mcdonald ‘s directly? or we should look for franchisers ourself? We appreciate your reply. thanks

Franchising’s main perk is the minimization of risk to the purchaser. Beginning a new company can be a rocky road.Franchising decreases that rate considerably. Franchises in effect already have established markets, buyers, marketing and support which greatly increase the odds of a franchises success.
