Munch Saladsmith & Rotisserie is a quick service restaurant concept started in Singapore’s CBD in 2005. Its variety of salads, deliciously roasted meats and strong branding attracted a cult following over the years. The first Munch franchised unit that opened in 2012 proved a success too and has since grown to become the largest salad concept chain in Singapore.
