Ar-Rahn (an Islamic pawn broking firm) is a product of Permodalan Kelantan Berhad (PKB)’s effort to promote financial practice in accordance with Islamic virtues. Since its pioneering establishment in Kelantan 1992, Ar-Rahn’s business has been gaining traction as corporates and financial institutions started to exercise the financing practice adopted by Ar-Rahn. As of today, Ar-Rahn has established nationwide presence, with 15 of the branches being franchisee-operated.
