How much for franchise fees?
1/8/2011 (10:00pm) at otai burger at stall tmn koperasi polis fasa 2 kuala lumpur. I brought 4 beef burger and 1 benjo. Rm 16+.. I get 5 beef burger. I saw he doing. He put 5 beef burger in plastic bag. I told him, but he answer me ‘I alredy put 4 beef burger and 1 benjo. I do early for benjo.” he said. ok fine. go back home and I check 5 beef burger and no salad, no union only the beef+mayo+sos…
I very dissapointed…not satisfied…
I check the pro and contra about otai franchise….good for starting new business but CEO of otai must check all the franchisee for the quality of product and services to insure everything in order and same in all stall…..example like oldtown white coffee malaysian franchise but their product and services all over malaysia is same quality….so my advice too suhaimi abas….u better step down and check all your franchise so no one can ever complain anymore
