BlackBall originated in Taipei in 2006 and there are almost 20 signature outlets in South East Asia – now recognised as one of the biggest dessert chains in Taipei. BlackBall only serves tea using high-quality tea leaves that is freshly brewed onsite everyday and top notch quality ‘Xian Cao’ tea and grass jelly. In 2011, BlackBall came to Malaysia and now there are around 33 wholly-owned & licensed outlets, making Malaysia the biggest operator and fastest expansion market outside Taiwan.
